How to choose a reservation time slot/date?
You can check available time slots and dates through the official Line app reservation system.
Do you provide credit card payment service?
Spa In Heaven currently accepts cash payments only and does not provide credit card payment service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Spa In Heaven combines the techniques of Chinese acupressure and Swedish oil massage.
Are the spa service providers at Spa In Heaven male or female?
You can check the available time slots and service providers through our official Line app reservation system. For female guests who choose a course that includes oil massage, our male service providers at Spa In Heaven will provide the oil massage service while wearing a reversed kimono. Alternatively, you can also change the course to a full body pressure massage service.
Do I need to change clothes during the oil massage spa service?
To ensure the hygiene and safety of each guest, it is necessary to assist with changing into the disposable underwear provided for the oil massage session.
Can male service providers at Spa In Heaven serve female guests?
Yes, they can. If female guests choose a course that includes oil massage, male service providers at Spa In Heaven will provide the service by wearing a robe in a reversed manner. Alternatively, guests can also opt for a full body acupressure service.
How to choose the spa service?
Our highly recommended option is the 2-hour “Classic” course.
Spa In Heaven offers three different course durations: 60/90/120 minutes. Courses of 90 minutes or more include both acupressure and oil massage at no additional cost!
If you are short on time, you can choose the 60-minute course. However, please note that the prices for the 60-minute acupressure and oil massage are different!
Does Spa In Heaven provide showers?
Currently, we do not have shower facilities. However, the essential oils used at Spa In Heaven are imported from France and are of therapeutic grade. During the relaxation process, our specially blended oils can also help moisturize your skin. At the end of the session, our staff will assist you in wiping off any excess oil with a warm towel. Of course, you can always make suggestions, and we are open to exploring possibilities in the future…

No need to worry, Spa In Heaven operates on a fully appointment-based system. As long as you make a reservation in advance, our customer service staff will prioritize your privacy and carefully arrange your session to minimize any disturbances from other guests.
How often should you wax?
Regular waxing can effectively delay and inhibit hair growth. It is recommended to schedule your waxing session every 4 to 6 weeks or when the hair has grown to a length of 0.3cm.
Does waxing hurt?
The sensation of pain can vary from person to person, whether it’s your first time waxing or you’ve had multiple sessions before, there’s no need to worry! Our waxing specialists are professionally trained and will handle each hair with gentleness.
Why does the skin turn red after waxing?
The redness of the skin after waxing is a normal response and part of our skin’s natural defense mechanism. It should subside within a few hours or days. During this time, you can apply soothing and calming products with pure plant extracts to help alleviate redness and discomfort.
Post-waxing precautions:
Within the first 8 hours after waxing, try to avoid contact with untreated water. When taking a shower, use lukewarm water instead of hot water. For the first three days after waxing, avoid activities such as using a sauna, steam room, hot tub, swimming, visiting a tanning bed, or sunbathing.
Post-waxing care:
After waxing, it’s important to moisturize the waxed area regularly. Avoid applying acidic skincare products to the waxed area. After three days, you can start using exfoliating products to prevent ingrown hairs from forming.
